but no. i decided not to make a loser of myself. i texted my tita bebet if i could stay with her for a few days. wooohooo! :) and out of all the relatives i have here in manila, why did i pick tita bebet's house? because it was near, because i will be fetched, and because the food is glorious. :) :) :) even on normal days, to me (well maybe, for me it's glorious because it's real food and not katipunan food. haha) the meals are scrumptious. everyday seems like eating at a gourmet restaurant! wooh.

I woke up early to enlist myself in classes. woooh!! aisis rocks. it took me less than 2 minutes to finish everything. i got the schedule i wanted. :) oh oh oh, and lei and oli got almost the same classes even though they were 4th batch! weewooweewoo! HAHA. so yeah, i prepared my stuff and then was fetched by the driver at around 10pm. haha! we had dinner. arg. i forgot what was for dinner, but it was gooooooood. :)
after dinner, i helped my cousins prepare 400 bags full of goodies for halloween! :) they had to prepare at least 400 for the 5000 kids. wooooah. boo i didn't have pictures but i took some all throughout my "break". :) i slept at around 2am after finishing the loot bags. it was tiring, but fuuun. tita bebet was still downstairs making pre-cooking stuff. haha. she was marinading, mixing, preparing the food for halloween. WOOH!
Oct 31 - HALLOWEEN!
i woke up at around 10:30 to find that everyone was still asleep. so i watched TV. CABLE MEHN! CABLE. as you all know, abs-cbn has been very loyal to me in the dorm. but cable was cooler (sorry na! haha) i ate brunch at 12 with the kids, wooh. loved the brunch! but i was looking forward to dinner. michelle, kitkat and shasha invited their friends to go trick or treating with them. so tita bebet prepared dinner. yum.
around 6 in the evening shasha, katie (her friend) and i started trick or treating around the village. ayala heights was a very very big village, and you could imagine us going up the hill, going from house to house, picking up ice cream, taho, corndogs on the way. there were some houses who, instead of giving candies, gave out cotton candies, ice cream, taho, corndogs, puto and etc. there was one house who had 4 chocolate fountains with marshmallows, fruits and chocolates around. WOOOH. heaven. haha. oh and it was raining, the three of us were dripping wet, but we didn't mind. :) when it was really raining, and when we were really wet, and when we got really tired, tita bebet, kitkat and her friends fetched us at someone's house. we got in the van and then trick or treated around with the van. HAHA. we got off the vehicle when we were sure the house gave candies. HAHA. there was one house who rented REAL lights and those stuff used for memorial services. CREEEPY. the driver told me that last year, that same house had a coffin with a real live person lying inside and then scaring people as they passed by. creeeepy! hhaha
candies i got! (the glow sticks were from the house haha)we went back to the house around 8 for dinner. DINNER! we had prawns baked in. something. haha. and then 2 kinds of pastas, the other one with bechamel sauce. (accdg to the dictionary, it's a milk based sauce for meat and fish) YUMMMMY. and then roast beef in some sauce, fresh garden salad, pancit molo, and my favorite, smoked salmon!! :) (i thought the taste was familiar, and then i remembered when i ate the same thing during lei's birthday in Conti's!) wooh. and the best part of it all was tita bebet's CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN. WOOOOOH.
after dinner, i went up and played sims. haha i missed sims. the kids went to the haunted house, i stayed behind with my simulated friends (as jika would like to put it haha) and i played till the wee hours of the morning. :)

my view when i woke up. :) pretty curtains no?oh and before dinner, since they didn't really go to the cemetery to be with their deceased loved ones, they had a little prayer session with candles and everyone took turns in saying a prayer. haha. cute.
after dinner i went to play sims again. forever and ever. of course i ate some of my candies. and till dinner, which was at 11. hahah. i don't usually eat talong especially when it's being torta-ed in egg. but in tita bebet's house, it was the only dish i ate during that dinner. it was baked cheese tortang talong. and you know that when cheese is involved, i cringe in excitement. HAHA. it was yummy.. michelle asked if i have tasted her famous crepe (michelle cooks too!) and i said no, so right there and then, she made me one. :D loveet!!
as usual, i slept at 2. zzz

it was my last day in their house because tita cynch was going to fetch me in my dorm at midnight. i dressed up and went with the whole family to trinoma to go shopping and buy kitkat's guitar. i was teaching kit guitar the other day because she had to learn edelweiss. HAHA. i helped her pick out a good guitar. :D i can't believe that the cheapest guitar in yamaha was 10k. classical guitar. haha
we went home at around 6pm.. i prepared my stuff, watched some tv, and played some sims and then went down for dinner. since tita bebet's cook was on day off, she had bacolod chicken inasal delivered. haha. i missed inasal too! after dinner, tita bebet decided "let's have fondue!" haha. she melted the chocolate, served it with marshmallows. WOOH. so that was chocolate fountain number 3 for my vacation. HAHAHA
i left tita bebet's house at around 10:30 in the evening, and the driver brought me back to ISO. :) i went online, checked mail, prepared stuff and waited till tita cynch and her gang fetched me. :)
i was fetched at 12, and then went to St. Vincent Seminary. She was giving a seminar on sexuality to the seminarians. i stayed with her for at least 3 days. :) of course, the food in the seminary was REAL. and i LOVE REAL FOOD. :)

the highlight of it was just that i went to trinoma again with tita cynch and fr. bong, and he treated us to dinner at Thousand Cranes. it was soo cool i get to cook my own soup! in the table where we sat, the stove-ish was already there and all the waiters had to do was to pour in the soup, and prepare the special sauce. and then they served the raw stuff like shrimps, lobster balls, oysters, vegetables and etc. it was really really really yummy. :)
