CHEESE.

ever since i was small, i have always been a fan of cheese. when my tita takes out quickmelt from her ref for snacks, i don't put it on bread, or eat it with crackers. i eat it as it is. i'd take big big slices from it, and at the end of the day, the quickmelt is 1/2 its size before eaten.

my tito works in san miguel, and every christmas we get san miguel goodies. one of the goodies, is QUESO DE BOLA. and it doesn't take long till one ball of cheese gets consumed. because every afternoon i take it out of the ref, eat it in front of the tv until i get bored with the shows, and then give up. and then i put back the rest of the cheese inside the ref.

i cannot stress enough how much i LOVE CHEESE.
i cringe in excitement everytime i see cheese. well. i may not be a cheeseologist because i don't eat cheese that smell. but if i get a taste of the nasty smelling cheeses, i'd probably love it too. :)

that's just it. the point of this blog is cheese.
and i was in the grocery today, i forgot to grab one box of queso de bola. darn.
next time. imma grab and go.
