Entablado's newbie production XPRES

i haven't blogged in a week. ?
what's keeping me busy lately is ENTABLADO'S applicant's production XPRES. :)
i'm not a newbie/applicant, it's just that last year, the newbie production wasn't able to push through because of failed plans and stuff. BUT NOT THIS YEAR!

this was the moment we've all been waiting for since last year,
and now it's finally happening. actually, it already happened yesterday at our opening night. :)
St. Anthony and Balang Araw, both plays i'm in, opened yesterday and had a good show. :)

it's just ironic that i'm blogging about XPRES just now, now that the show awhile ago wasn't really a "good" show. but nevertheless, i saw my improvement in St. Anthony, and i plan/should/must/will keep it up and even better for the remaining two shows. :) i can't believe i'm halfway done. since each play gets to perform 4 times for the whole production, St. Anthony and Balang Araw is halfway done, with 2 shows left. :)

Lord.
this is the production that i've sacrificed a lot for. i stayed for a month here in Manila, went on a whole month not seeing my family, deprived of vacation and stuff. and now i'm halfway done. i just hope that by the end of this production, i could completely say it was all worth it. :)

so far, i'm happy with the way things are.
my academics. despite the intense rehearsals (even rehearsing whenever we have free time and even on our own), i have not neglected my studies. my first quiz ever for this semester was an 8 over 10. Which was not bad for someone who DID NOT READ A HUNDRED PAGED ASSIGNMENT. :) well maybe because the test was easy, and required only common sense and stock knowledge. :)

my health is doing fine. before, i was so afraid that during the show itself, i'd have an asthma attack and just stop the run (knock on wood). Thank God, it has not happened, AND I HOPE IT DOESN'T HAPPEN ANYTIME in the future. :) even though i take a few puffs right before i enter the stage, i have not experienced difficulty with my breathing. :) even my nose! usually i have a cold, which is why i could not smell anything most of the time. but now, my nose is perfectly fine.




basically, i'm doing okay. :)
tomorrow i'm meeting my tita and tito somewhere in ortigas.
been desperate for some family lovin. :)
